Dreams?

How good will I feel when I get the Alfa on the road? Do I need a set date, a target, a deadline? In the back of my head, I was thinking October - playing hooky from work for a ride in my Italian machine down to Bandera or through the Lost Maples...
How about earlier, say September 8, and a drive to Dallas for the Italian Car Fest in beautiful Grapevine, for up-close inspection of high dollar machines and the chest-hair nestled chains of their owners?

So I sent off an e-mail to the Alfa archives for info on my machine. Was it really white? Is it really a 72? Is it really from Alabama? We'll find out.
